- 1 15oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/4c +1T tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 red or green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1T apple cider vinegar
- 1T minced garlic
- 1 1/2t oregano
- 1 1/2t smoked paprika
- 2t dried parsley
- 1T chili powder
- 1t kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- cayenne pepper to taste
