The sauce can be thinned with water as needed for more traditional pesto uses (e.g., pasta) or non (e.g., green beans).<\/p>\n<p>Cook Time: 15 minutes<br \/>\nServings: Makes about 3\/4 cup<\/p>\n<div class=\"jetpack-recipe-ingredients\"><h4 class=\"jetpack-recipe-ingredients-title\">Ingredients<\/h4><ul>\n<li>1\/2 c chopped walnuts<\/li>\n<li>1 c packed flat leaf parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 T olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 T tomato paste<\/li>\n<li>2-3 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 t coarse salt (or to taste)<\/li>\n<p><\/div><br \/>\n<div class=\"jetpack-recipe-directions e-instructions\"><h4 class=\"jetpack-recipe-directions-title\">Directions<\/h4><br \/>\nPlace all ingredients in a food processor. Process until a smooth paste is formed. Add water as needed for desired consistency.
