In the morning, drain and discard<br \/>\nliquid. Add vinegar, water, sugar, and mustard to vegetables. Bring to a<br \/>\nboil and simmer about 1 hour or until clear. Pack into hot, sterilized<br \/>\njars; seal at once. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
