Prep Time: 30 mins<\/div><br \/>\n<div class=\"jetpack-recipe-ingredients\"><h4 class=\"jetpack-recipe-ingredients-title\">Ingredients<\/h4><ol>* 1\/2 lb orecchiette (or other small shell- or tube-shaped pasta)\n* 2 T olive oil\n* 1\/2 small yellow onion, diced\n* 1 T minced garlic (about 3 cloves)\n* 1\/4 lb carrots, diced\n* 1 lb chard, washed and roughly chopped, with any tough stems removed\n* 1 15-ounce can cannellini or Navy beans, drained and rinsed<li class=\"jetpack-recipe-ingredient p-ingredient ingredient\" itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">Dressing<\/li>\n<p>* 1\/2 c lemon juice (about 2 lemons)\n* 2 T olive oil\n* 1 t dried dill\n* 1 T Dijon mustard\n* 1\/2 c grated Parmesan cheese\n* salt and pepper to taste<\/ol><\/div><br \/>\n<div class=\"jetpack-recipe-directions e-instructions\"><h4 class=\"jetpack-recipe-directions-title\">Directions<\/h4>Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the pasta until al dente.\nDrain, rinse, and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium-sized skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium\nheat. Saut\u00e9 the onions, garlic, and carrots for a few minutes, then add\nthe chard and cook a few minutes more until it is tender. Remove the skillet from the heat,\nstir in the white beans and set aside to cool.<\/p>\n<p>In a large mixing bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, dried dill, and\nmustard together. Toss with the pasta and beans and chard mixture.\nSeason with salt and pepper, and gently stir in the grated Parmesan\ncheese.
