Toss noodles with sesame oil and set\naside.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, hoisin sauce, red pepper flakes,\ntomato paste, cornstarch, and sugar. Stir in vinegar, lime juice, soy\nsauce, and broth, mix well, and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add tofu and\nstir-fry until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add bell\npepper, peas, garlic, scallions, and ginger and stir fry 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>To reserved sauce mixture, add noodles, tofu, and stir-fried veggies and\ntoss until coasted with sauce, about 2 minutes.
