Ingredients
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c water
- 8 coarsely chopped dates
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 t dijon mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth.
Season to taste. Enjoy!
